When visiting Central Washington State, make sure to check out the variety of local restaurants, especially Atlas Fare ( @atlasfare ). It's located in downtown Wenatchee, which is the heart of Washington's Wine Country. They offer a great menu, with a modern Asian twist. My favorite dishes have always been the Shrimp N' Grits (with Thai Chili Jam), their fresh tasting Shrimp Ceviche and you cannot leave without trying one of their sweet treats! The Bananas Foster Pudding was a delightful bread pudding with yummy caramel, plus sugar coated banana. It was the perfect way to round out our flavor-filled dinner. #AtlasFare #WenatcheeWA #downtown #CentralWA #modern #AsianFusion #ShrimpNGrits #desserts #cocktails #finedining #supportlocal #supportsmallbusinesses #NelzLovesIt

Atlas Fare, located in downtown Wenatchee, Washington, offers an exceptional dining experience under the culinary direction of Chef Top Rojanasthien, a competitor on Food Network's Guy’s Grocery Games. The menu, inspired by global flavors, showcases innovative dishes highlighting garden, land, and seafood ingredients. Situated in the historic Metropolitan building, the restaurant underwent a three-year transformation, turning a vacant space into a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our meal began with a delicious Crab Chowder featuring Dungeness crab, roasted corn salad, and creamy saffron chowder. For entrees, we enjoyed the "Chicken Risotto" with pan-seared chicken thigh, peas, and parmesan, as well as the "Shrimp and Grits" made with jumbo shrimp, creamy polenta, and Thai chili jam. Atlas Fare has definitely become a favorite in the area, offering a truly memorable dining experience.

EVERYTHING WE ATE AND DRANK WAS BOMB!! The atmosphere alone made us feel like we were having dinner in a far away city and you're transported once again as soon as you smell and taste your food. Amazing, the chefs here are talented and so excited we have a place like this in our little town. I cannot wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Best food in the valley, I'm sure the owners are so proud of what they are bringing to Wenatchee.

We love this place. Food, service, atmosphere...thus place has it all. Group of four last night had; shrimp and grits. So good, one of my faves. Beef bourguignon with gnocchi. The gravy was so silky and the meat melt in your mouth amazingness. The paella was perfect. Topped off with bananas foster bread pudding. (Yes, I have leftovers , and no I won't share). Cocktails were top level. If you haven't been, you're totally missing out.

We came here for an anniversary celebration with my girlfriend. Made reservations ahead of time and indicated it was an anniversary. We were treated to a table with a nice little anniversary card. Atmosphere, service, drinks, and food were all top notch. Even a little candle in our delicious chocolate mousse dessert was a nice touch. Not too mention, we ended up staying a bit past close, but never once felt rushed. Such a welcoming place with amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Our first venture to Atlas Fare. The atmosphere is simplistic, elegant and very comfortable. They were able to accommodate us without a reservation. The Aperol spritzer to start was refreshing. Johnna, our server, was helpful in describing items off the menu. We ordered the Pork Chop and King Salmon. Did we mention that we ordered some truffle fries to nibble on.

A great experience and great food... We were finally able to get reservations (on a weeknight) so decided to try it out. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, but not hovering. The menu is not extensive, but I found several vegetarian items to choose from (which is not the case everywhere). The non-vegetarians in our party also found enough to satisfy them. The meals were beautifully presented and tasty as well. We will definitely consider Atlas again when we want an upscale evening out.
